Description
Cave de Ribeauvillé offers a complete palette of the seven grape varieties in the Collection line.
All the grapes are hand-picked to preserve all the aromatic richness, purity and freshness of the variety.
Pinot Gris is a full-bodied, semi-dry or smooth wine, with hints of bush and nuts.
It is drunk as an aperitif or foie gras if it is sweet; on the other hand, it is associated with fish or white meat in sauce, if it is semi-dry.
