Description
The dry gin 100% Organic expresses delicious scent of caramelized fruit, apples and stewed pears. Ginger provides a lively and spicy freshness.
Iris root conveys a delicately woody fragrance mixed with notes of mimosa.
The 12 botanicals that are part of Attribute N° 2 infuse delicately, according to their aromatic profile.
The selected fresh fruits were picked at optimum maturity. The macerates are then slowly distilled in a Charentais still.
Only the heart is gradually reduced with pure water.
Food-Gin pairing: To be enjoyed as an aperitif on its own or in cocktails to accompany your tapas as well as a roast lamb with HP sauce (apple prune), a dark chocolate mousse and chocolate crumble, a matured cheese ... or as a digestif.
