Vinho lendário do Rhône, o Paul Jaboulet Aîné Hermitage La Chapelle Rouge 1995 é um Syrah de guarda excecional, já com notável evolução. De cor rubi granada, revela um bouquet terciário complexo de frutos pretos, couro, especiarias, azeitona, alcaçuz e notas defumadas.
Na boca é sedoso e profundo, com taninos fundidos e um final interminável.
Reserve-o para uma ocasião memorável, com carnes nobres e caça. Sirva a 17-18°C, decantado. Contém sulfitos.
