Cosmopolitan, to enjoy on any occasion: vibrant and persistent, with a structure and memorable center of mouth; clearly evident tannins and long finish. These are wines that stand up to traditional and contemporary gastronomy, as well as long and memorable gatherings between friends.
Its freshness and good acidity add points of contact between various textures. Delicate proteins, less succulent but with a sense of character, whether in fish or meat. Crispy sensations, sauces from deglazing, as well as refined fine herbs and spices of a fresher, less pungent nature. A more open glass and a service with a temperature around 12º/14ºc may expose its implicit structure.
