Description
JM Calém 's Quinta do Combro olive oil is produced from olives grown on old olive trees using organic production methods in the Vilarinho de Cotas/Casal de Loivos area and is cold-extracted.
This is a superior category extra virgin olive oil obtained directly from olives using only mechanical processes.
Acidity less than 0.2%
Service
Bottles should be kept away from air, light, heat, and strong odors. Serve at a temperature between 15-18ºC.
It goes well with pieces of meat, boiled and grilled fish, cod, vegetable salads, cod salads, orange salads, sauces, garlic toast, and soups.
