Rapid aging, linked to the tropical climate of Martinique, causes significant evaporation, allowing to obtain in 4 years a noble brandy comparable to the best Cognacs or Armagnacs.

Aging 1 year in new barrels (Limousin) and 3 years in bourbon barrels (Kentucky)

This Clément VSOP agricultural rum makes us discover an interesting aromatic complexity.
Fans will appreciate the flavor of grilled dried fruit, sweet hints of vanilla and cinnamon, as well as intensely roasted mocha.
