This is a dry rosé wine, with a highly sophisticated style, made with an extra dose of Cabernet Sauvignon belonging to our oldest vines.
It's structure with race hides its potency under the softness in order to offer a perfect rosé wine of gastronomy.
Its persistence in the mouth is the result of a subtle and elegant blend.
WINE PAIRING: aperitif, tartare, fish, Mediterranean dishes, grilled meat, loin of lamb or veal chop.
