Description
VIK Rosé goes beyond the bottle; represents the energy of the vineyards, the power of the grapes and the elegance of a rosé blend composed of Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc.
La Piu Belle Rosé reveals the character of its Barroir, toasted barrels with ancient oak from the Millahue Valley, which give the wine yellow and white tones. Notes of peach, apricot, passion fruit and mango shine through on the palate.
And on the nose, white roses add the finishing touch to this rosé experience.
Service advice and Pairings:
Toast with smoked salmon, ricotta cheese and olive oil. Poached lobster with beurre blanc and steamed vegetables. Paella.
