Description
Red Combro
A red wine of great authenticity, produced from grapes from old vines using a field blend system, located in Vilarinho de Cotas, in the Pinhão River Valley.
WINEMAKING PROCESS
Fermentation took place with indigenous yeasts in granite lagares (traditional wine presses) and, subsequently, in small-capacity vats, promoting a natural and complex expression of the whole.
Aged 18 months in French oak barrels.
