Description
Aromatic power and length in the mouth signify our Crème de Cassis. The fruits, of the noblest variety, the Noir de Bourgogne, are harvested at full maturity on the hillsides of Burgundy Grands Crus.
TASTING ACCORDING TO JOSEPH CARTRON
The color is garnet and opaque with a bluish disc, the walls of the glass are purplish.
Beautiful shine.
The nose is intense and dense. The concentration of the fruit is exceptional with a sensation of fruit puree. It is the fruit in its purest form.
The palate is full, round and generous with a suave, velvety and silky sensation.
The fruitiness proves to be of great maturity without excess. The finish is pure and of an eternal length of more than 25 caudalies. No aggressiveness in the mouth.
